Riva Agüero House
Built during the 19th century, from this arose the Pontifical Catholic University of Lima (the most prestigious); it still belonged to the Church. From the entrance with a red façade, it is possible to notice two patios behind a wrought iron grille. On the first floor, there is a bookstore and an incredible stock of historical files that belong to the Church. On the second floor, there is the Museum of Art and Popular Traditions, with some interesting pre-Colombian pieces. Nowadays, this is an important study center in Human Sciences of Peru.
